Lariat Construction Services, Inc has been in business since 1997, first established out of Houston, Texas and presently servicing the Texas gulf coast.
In 2011, Lariat Construction Services, Inc expanded its services to South Texas and opened a facility in Pawnee, Texas, servicing the Eagle Ford Shale.
Lariat Construction Services, Inc has completed projects in the Petrochemical and in the Oil & Gas Industries, including design-build projects and 100% engineered projects.

Steve G. Small President-CEO
Steve G. Small, President of Lariat Construction Services, has 43 years of experience in the Petrochemical and Oil and Gas construction industry, including 15 years in the downstream area of engineering, design, fabrication, and installation of petrochemical and refining process equipment. In 1996, Steve formed Lariat Construction Services Inc., which concentrated on upstream turnkey projects in the oil and gas industry with capex costs from $50,000 to $11 million. In 2011, Steve opened an office in South Texas in order to service the Eagleford Shale area and, since then, has targeted South Texas Gulf Coast midstream construction play.
